B2B

SCALECUT.AI is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SCALECUT.AI by entrepreneurs. They apply to beta, test, and production access unless deviating contractual agreements have been made.

2. Services and test operation

SCALECUT.AI is a platform for processing videos, assets, pipelines, and other product-related content. For beta or test access, features, interfaces, processing paths, and technical limits may change at any time.

3. Data processing and quality review

For provision, processing, validation, error analysis, quality assurance, and further development, content may be processed technically and, where necessary, manually viewed and reviewed.

4. Confidentiality and access restrictions

Processed content is treated confidentially. Internal access is limited to persons who need the data for operation, support, testing, analysis, security, or further development.

5. User obligations

Users may upload or process only content for which they have the required rights, permissions, and data protection basis. The platform is not a permanent archive or backup system.

6. Storage, migrations, and data loss

During beta or test operation, releases, migrations, storage changes, database changes, bug fixes, or further development may lead to data relocation, reprocessing, overwriting, or data loss.

7. Liability

For free beta or test access, we do not warrant freedom from errors, specific availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial success, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Where personal data is processed, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement apply in addition.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
